2025 Youth Volleyball Registration Forms | Youth volleyball registration forms went home today with girls in grades 4th-6th. Those who might be interested in participating in the camp will need to have forms and the $30 cost of the camp returned to the elementary office by Monday, March 3rd. Read Across America Week - March 3rd-6th | Celebrate with us March 3rd-6th for Read Across America Week!! We have fun dress-up days planned and would love to see students participate and get creative!
Preschool & Kindergarten Round-Up - March 6, 2025 | We are inviting all parents/guardians to join us for Preschool and Kindergarten Round-Up. If you have a child who will be 3, 4, or 5 years old by this next school year, please join us on March 6th from 5:30-6:30 in the Morrill Elementary Gym. If your student is age eligible to start Kindergarten this fall (5 years old by July 31, 2025), you may pick up a registration packet at the elementary office or obtain the registration paperwork online at www.mpslions.org. All Preschool paperwork will be coming soon. Thank you!
Parent/Teacher Conferences & No School | Our Spring P/T Conferences will be held on February 24 & 26 from 2:00-6:00 pm. Both days, there will be a 1:50 student dismissal. There will also be no school on February 28th. Thank you!
Due to bitter cold weather and road conditions Morrill Public Schools will have a 2 hour late start on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Buses will run accordingly.
Due to the chance of additional snow, wind, and cold weather Morrill Public Schools will be closed Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

We've had both halves of the Morrill Lions Wrestling Team join us for morning meeting over the past few weeks.
Both the boys & girls have shared their passion for the sport and their pride for the team. We are so impressed with these student-athletes!

We want to say THANK YOU to Mrs. Armstrong, our school counselor. She does so much for our school and we are so grateful to have her. Mrs. Armstrong is always there with a helping hand, a listening ear, or a shoulder to cry on. She make us better humans!

The Lady Lions Basketball team & Coach Hawkins joined us for morning meeting today.
The team shared some advice on schoolwork, teamwork, and the importance of supporting your friends & teammates. A lot of our young Lions were at the basketball game last night and were able to witness the Lady Lions win. We know that Lions do hard things & the team proved it for sure.
Good luck to the girls today at their second game for WTC. We're sending you lots of good vibes!!!

Family Game Night 2025 was a ton of fun at Morrill Elementary!
Thank you to all of the Lion families that were able to attend. We loved seeing you playing games together. We have some very competitive students & family members when it comes to board games!
A special thanks to Matt Harris at Platte Valley Bank in Morrill for donations to our door prizes and CJ McCabe at Banner Capital for donating popcorn for our event. Shout out to all of our staff that helped get everything set up & cleaned up. We are so grateful we are able to have a community that supports our school & students.
