January is School Board Appreciation Month! Thank you to the Morrill School Board for their service and dedication to our students, staff and community. We appreciate everything you do to make our school the best that it can be!

Please note that the dates for Parent-Teacher Conferences have changed! Conferences will be held on February 27 & 29 from 3:00-7:00 pm. The elementary school will dismiss at 1:50 on those days. Conferences will be scheduled via Bloomz. There is NO SCHOOL on February 16.

Family Game Night - January 30th / You're invited to Family Game Night on Tuesday, January 30th from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at Morrill Elementary. We will have card games, board games, door prizes, snacks, and more! We would love to see as many families as possible join us for this night of fun!!

The Lady Lions Basketball team joined us for morning meeting! Many of these ladies were once Morrill Elementary students! We love seeing our Lions grow up. This whole team is packed with smart & talented students. We are so proud of all the work you do...on & off the court! Good luck this season! We'll be cheering for you! Go Big Blue!

Winter weather delayed our celebrating! We are so happy to finally share the December Lions of the Month with you! These students give their best each & every day at school. They are growing, learning, and leading! We are so proud to call these students Morrill Lions!

Morrill Public Schools will start at 10 AM Tuesday, January 16. Bus schedules will be adjusted accordingly. Please make sure your students are equipped with hats, winter coats, gloves, and warm boots.

Due to ongoing Windchill warnings until 11 AM on Tuesday morning, Morrill Public Schools will start at 10 AM Tuesday January 16. Bus schedules will be adjusted accordingly. Ensure your students are equipped with hats, winter coats, gloves, and warm boots. In case you are unable to attend or meet your bus, please reach out to the school office and your bus driver. This 10 Am Start is for all buildings and levels Infant through 12th grade.

Due to No School on Monday January 15, 2024, the Junior High Boys Basketball game at Bridgeport will not be played. We will try to reschedule the game to be played at a later date.

Due to weather Morrill Elementary will not have school on January 15, 2024.

We are sorry for the late notice, due to low visibility and blowing snow, Morrill Public Schools will have a two hour late start today. This is for all grade levels PK -12. Drive carefully.

2024 Mega-Hockey Tournament / On Friday, January 12, 4th-6th grade students will play Mega-Hockey in the Gym from 9:00 to 10:30 am! Who will be the 2024 Champs?! Families are welcome to stop in and watch a game!

Our 2nd quarter Next Level Day was great! We went bowling and had an amazing time. Thanks to Classic Lanes/Gering for hosting us! Shout out to our staff and bus drivers for keeping us safe & helping! A huge thank you to all of the Morrill Elementary Lions that were able to go! You spent all of 2nd quarter being respectful, responsible, & safe. Taking you bowling as a treat was a great way to end the quarter! We're proud of you!

Thank you to everyone who made our Christmas movie possible! Thanks to the Nile Theatre for hosting us. A big thank you to PTO for paying for student tickets & snacks. Thanks to our bus drivers & staff for helping out. It was a great way to kick off the holiday excitement!
