Elementary Football Practice Updates for Oct. 12th / Football practice for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade boys tonight, Oct. 12th, has been cancelled. The 5th and 6th-grade boys will practice on Friday, Oct. 13th from 5:30-6:30 pm. The 3rd and 4th-grade boy's practice is not being rescheduled this week. Coaches will reach out to parents regarding game schedules for Saturday, Oct. 14th. Thank you!

Visit from Author Peg Sundberg & Western-Themed Dress-Up Day (Oct. 3rd) - We are excited to announce that on Tuesday, October 3rd, we will have the author Peg Sundberg visiting our Morrill students! Please take time to read the attached flyer to learn more about Peg and what her visit here in Morrill will entail.
We would love for students to come dressed in their best western gear in celebration of our guest! There will be order forms going home with students today and they will have the opportunity to purchase books written by this amazing author! On Friday, September 29th there will be a spaghetti feed at the Morrill Community Church as well as a raffle-please see the attached flyer for details. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Shop with a Cop for Morrill students. Thank you to the Morrill Community Church for supporting our school and students!!
~Thank You Ramona Fink w/ 4H Health Rocks~ A HUGE Shout out to Ramona Fink with 4H Health Rocks for taking the time to come and speak to our 5th and 6th graders about healthy living. Students made a positivity web, learned some calming techniques, and talked about peer pressure and trustworthiness. Her last day meeting with our 5th and 6th graders will be on Thursday, October 5th. Her lessons are fun and engaging and our students seem to enjoy their time with her!
Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on Sept. 26th and 28th from 3:00-7:00 pm. Both of those days, students will have an early dismissal at 1:50 pm. Also, there will be no school on Friday, Sept. 29th and students will be dismissed early on Monday, Oct. 2nd at 1:50 pm. **Please take note that Mrs. Muhr's 1st grade class and Mrs. Walker's 2nd grade class will have their Parent/Teacher Conferences on Sept. 25th and 27th from 3:30-6:00 pm.** Thank you!
