Just a reminder that we will be having our Legacy Lunch tomorrow, Sept. 6th. The lunch schedule is as follows: K-1 11:00-11:30; 2-3 11:30-12:00; 4-6 12:00-12:30. An adult lunch costs $5.00 and our cafeteria will be serving: Ham & Cheesy Potatoes, Green Beans, Mixed Fruit, and Bread with Butter. We ask that adults check in at the office upon arrival. Dental Screenings 9-4-24 | We will be completing our dental screenings on Wednesday, September 4th for K-4 students. Kendra, RDH with PPHD is willing to provide services, such as fluoride, dental sealants, and/or silver diamine fluoride (SDF) to all elementary students (K-6) this year. If you would like your child to receive any of those treatments, please return the consent form that will be going home with your child today, by Tuesday, September 3rd. Please read over the consent form and watch the attached YouTube video explaining what silver diamine fluoride (SDF) treatments entail so you can make an educated decision for your child. Thank you!

Legacy Lunch - Sept. 6, 2024 | The elementary will be hosting a Legacy Lunch next week in conjunction with Grandparents Day. Students may invite someone to eat lunch with them on Friday, September 6. A gold note went home with students today. Please fill it out and return it to school by Thursday, September 5, so we can plan accordingly. Guests are asked to check in at the office when they arrive. They may pay for their lunches in the cafeteria after they get their food. Adult lunches are $5.00. Our lunch schedule is: K-1 11:00-11:30, 2-3 11:30-12:00, 4-6 12:00-12:30. We look forward to seeing you in our cafeteria!

We'll kick off Run Lions Run 2024 tomorrow, August 27th. Students are invited to run our course each morning to earn their miles toward a full marathon. We can't wait to see how far we can run this year!
2024-2025 Morrill Elementary Start of Year Paperwork | For families who signed up to receive digital paperwork this year, please be watching for an email from Docusign to complete the start of year paperwork. The emails will begin going out today around 4:00 pm. For families who opted out of the digital process, we will be sending paper copies home with students starting today as well. If you have not yet returned your beginning of year letter to either opt-in or opt-out of the digital process, please do so as soon as possible along with the emergency contact card. Please bear with us as we implement this new process. If you don’t receive an email today or paperwork is not brought home, we’re still working on processing paperwork from each class. Morrill Elementary - Change to Dismissal Time | The elementary dismissal time is changing from 3:20 pm to 3:25 pm Monday-Thursday to better accommodate the new dismissal time at the high school. There has been no change to our Friday dismissal at 1:50 pm. Thank you!
Morrill Community BBQ - August 23, 2024 | Please join us on August 23rd, 2024 at the Morrill High School Football Field from 5:30-7:00 pm for a Morrill Community BBQ. There will be hot dogs, brats, hamburgers, chips, and drinks from Pepsi-Cola of Western Nebraska served that evening. This event is a free will donation to help benefit the Morrill Booster Club. A huge shoutout and thank you to Platte Valley Bank for organizing and putting on this event!!
