Parent/Teacher Conferences and Calendar Change Please read the following note with regard to Parent/Teacher Conferences, early dismissals, and the days we are out of school. On November 2nd, 2021, the elementary will not have school due to professional development. This day was not on the original school calendar so please take note of the change. Thank you!

The trick-or-treating parade will start at Morrill Elementary at 12:45 pm. We will parade through the school so we can see all costumes. Then students will walk downtown to trick-or-treat with local businesses. Costumes may be worn all day. No face paint, no blood or gore, no weapons. Parties are scheduled by individual classrooms. Happy Halloween!

We will be hosting a Book Fair during Parent/Teacher conferences in the Elementary Library! October 26th and 28th from 3pm until 8pm. It will also be open October 25th through October 29th from 7:30am until 8am. We will be accepting cash, cards and checks. Checks need to be made to Morrill Public Schools. Order forms for Den Shirts went home this week. Please return order forms and money by October 21st. We can't wait to see you show off your DEN PRIDE!

We Are Family Friday is tomorrow. We'll be playing games, earning points, and having lots of fun. Wear your Den colors!

LATE START! Infant - 12th Grade: 10:00 start today, 10/13/21. Due to slushy roads and blowing snow. Buses will stay on pavement both morning and afternoon. If you cannot get your children to the bus route or to school they will be excused due to the weather.

Elementary School Pictures -- October 11th Picture Day for the Elementary School is Monday, October 11th. The Preschool and High School students will have their pictures taken on Tuesday, October 12th. The attached flyer will be coming home with your student(s) on Monday, September 27th. We are using Modern Images again this year for our pictures and below is some information from the company about pictures... We are requesting that you place your order online if possible. This will help ensure the smoothest and safest picture day. If that is not possible you may use a paper order form with exact cash. Updated 2021 School Calendar Please find attached an updated 2021 school calendar. The one change that will affect the elementary building is November 15th. There will be no school that day at the elementary building K-6th because of WTC Vocal Music. Thank you!

2021 Youth Volleyball Tonight will be our first night for youth volleyball practice. The practice will run from 6:00-7:00 pm here in the elementary gym and it is for girls who are in 3rd-6th grade. The cost of the camp is $25 which also includes a t-shirt. Please see the attached flyer for the dates of all practices during the months of September and October.
