Driver's Education will be offered this summer the week of July 15-19, 2024. A minimum of 8 students will be needed to offer the course, and up to 24 student spots are available. Eligible students must already possess a learner's or school permit. Deadline to register is May 15, 2024. Revised School Schedule Due to Weather Forecast In light of the upcoming weather forecast, affecting many of our schools attending the PAC Music Contest that we were scheduled to host on Monday, we have made adjustments to our school schedule for this week. Monday: * School will be in session for students in our Pre K building (infants through 4-year-olds) and our Elementary Building (K-6). • Our 7-12 Building was originally scheduled to have no classes due to the PAC Music Contest. However, due to the contest being rescheduled for Tuesday, there will be no classes for 7-12 students, but it will be a remote learning day with check-ins. All 7-12 Teachers will report to the school as usual. Tuesday: • Classes will be held for students in our Pre K building (infants through 4-year-olds) and Elementary Building (K-6). • 7-12 Teachers will report and assist where needed for the Music Contest. There will be no classes for 7-12 students. • Junior High track students will still have the Dual with Mitchell and will leave from the school at 2:00 PM as previously scheduled. Wednesday and Thursday: • Classes will resume for all students - PK (infant - 4yr olds), Elementary K-6, and JH/HS 7-12. • All scheduled activities for these days will proceed as planned. Bus Routes will run as scheduled all week.

Due to ongoing Windchill warnings until 11 AM on Tuesday morning, Morrill Public Schools will start at 10 AM Tuesday January 16. Bus schedules will be adjusted accordingly. Ensure your students are equipped with hats, winter coats, gloves, and warm boots. In case you are unable to attend or meet your bus, please reach out to the school office and your bus driver. This 10 Am Start is for all buildings and levels Infant through 12th grade.

Due to No School on Monday January 15, 2024, the Junior High Boys Basketball game at Bridgeport will not be played. We will try to reschedule the game to be played at a later date.

COACH GURUE TO CONTINUE TO END OF SEASON Coach Guerue and I have come to an agreement regarding his ability to complete the season as coach of the girls basketball team. He will be allowed to complete the season. He will complete his duties as AD at Semester but will continue to coach the girls through the season. His full employment will end at the end of the season. Thank you to all who shared your input both for and in opposition to his position in the district. I tried to take in all points of view and have come to this conclusion.

Due to the anticipated numbers of attendees to the board of education meeting on Monday December 18, 2023 we have decided to move the meeting to the Elementary Gym. The meeting is scheduled to start at 7 PM and an agenda is available to view online.
